Strong8k IPTV (https://strong8kiptv.ca/) operates strictly as a technical distributor and service facilitator. We do not host, store, broadcast, or transmit any video, audio, or media files on our web servers.
Our web servers only host web interface code, billing integration, and automated user authentication APIs. All stream indexes, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes pointers refer to media hosted and transmitted by independent third-party server networks located worldwide.
2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners, producers, and broadcasters. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the provisions of Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3) (DMCA).
3. Takedown Notification Protocol
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative thereof and believe that any stream link or index listed via our service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown request containing:
- Identification of the Work: Clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Specific Location / URL: The exact channel name, stream index, or identifier in question.
- Contact Details: Your full legal name, company name, physical address, telephone number, and official corporate email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you believe in good faith that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement & Signature: A physical or verified electronic signature accompanied by a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate.
4. Designated DMCA Agent & Processing Window
All takedown notices must be submitted directly to our designated copyright officer at:

Strong8k IPTV is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with any television network, sports league, streaming application (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, etc.), or media hardware manufacturer. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
